We act as an intermediary between you and RBI-compliant banks/NBFCs. Loan approval, terms, and interest rates are solely determined by the respective financial institutions.
4. Application & Verification
- You agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information when applying.
- We may verify your details through KYC checks, credit bureaus, and third-party data providers.
- False or misleading information may result in rejection of your application and possible legal action.
5. User Responsibilities
- Maintain confidentiality of your login details.
- Promptly inform us in case of unauthorized account use.

6. Fees & Charges
- Yasvi Financial does not charge any processing fee unless stated in writing.

7. Refund & Cancellation Policy
- We do not collect loan repayment or EMI payments directly; all repayments are made to the lender.
- Any processing fee collected for premium services is non-refundable unless the transaction is proven to be unauthorized or erroneous.
- The refund & cancellation policy is subject to the respective lender’s terms and conditions. Yasvi Financial holds no authority to modify, override, or reverse such policies.
8. Termination of Services
We may suspend or terminate your account without prior notice if:
- You violate these Terms.
- You engage in fraudulent activity.
- You misuse the platform for unlawful purposes.
Upon termination, your right to access the platform ceases immediately.

- All platform content, trademarks, graphics, and technology belong to Yasvi Financial or its licensors.

- We do not guarantee loan approval, specific interest rates, or loan amounts.

- In case of disputes, we encourage resolution through good faith negotiation.
